A 25-year technology veteran, I was a poster child for adrenal fatigue, racing against the clock, feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and in debilitating pain. My doctor introduced me to vibration and frequency as a pillar of health which evolved into what I've come to call The Triad of Transformation, composed of structural, chemical, and electrical "legs" which ALL require attention. Our body is divinely designed to heal itself, we need only "re-member" that we have the power to reverse dis-ease and restore harmony through ancient wisdom. By reclaiming my sovereignty as CEO of my body and building an advisory board of holistic wellness practitioners, I felt alive, inspired, and empowered by the "a-ha" that all medicine is energy medicine.
The great reset of 2020 presented the opportunity to answer a calling to serve others in a more meaningful way. As happens, the right people and opportunities presented themselves and Aligned Energy was born.
